# Roadmap and Milestones

#### Roadmap overview (2026–2030)

UNIKO’s roadmap is designed to evolve from a focused operational system into broader infrastructure capability.

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th valign="bottom"></th><th valign="bottom"></th><th valign="bottom"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td valign="bottom">Year</td><td valign="bottom">Theme</td><td valign="bottom">Objectives</td></tr><tr><td valign="bottom">2026</td><td valign="bottom">Operational foundation</td><td valign="bottom">Stabilise performance, improve execution quality, refine parameter calibration, strengthen monitoring, deepen risk controls</td></tr><tr><td valign="bottom">2027</td><td valign="bottom">Strategy expansion</td><td valign="bottom">Broaden spread structures, add richer execution paths, improve multi-scenario handling and routing intelligence</td></tr><tr><td valign="bottom">2028</td><td valign="bottom">AI integration</td><td valign="bottom">Predictive recognition, adaptive parameter governance, stronger order flow intelligence within strict control boundaries</td></tr><tr><td valign="bottom">2029</td><td valign="bottom">Intelligent coordination</td><td valign="bottom">Multi-strategy orchestration under unified risk and execution governance</td></tr><tr><td valign="bottom">2030</td><td valign="bottom">Open infrastructure</td><td valign="bottom">Standardised integration, service output capability, data coordination, ecosystem-level collaboration</td></tr></tbody></table>

#### Milestone categories

To improve public transparency, milestones can be tracked by category:

1\. Execution reliability (fill quality, slippage, uptime)

2\. Risk controls (circuit breakers, anomaly response, stress testing maturity)

3\. Data intelligence (coverage breadth, quality supervision, storage and reproducibility)

4\. AI capability (regime classification, parameter adaptation, opportunity scoring)

5\. Ecosystem maturity (governance, incentives sustainability, integration breadth)

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://uniko.gitbook.io/uniko-whitepaper/roadmap-and-milestones.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
